MagicWedgeTool great tool for modeling extrude like wedge you have option angle sub arc
simple select polygon one or multi and edge one or multi and hold and move up down to change the angle
when you want to used multi egde you need first select the edge and then you select in polygon mode and drag up down or you click in menu.

change sub by move mouse left – right
hold alt
change arc by move mouse left – right
hold alt+shift
to change arc to 0.0
